  • Too many for all plates. Need more dilution.

Prep McFarland (trial IV)

  • 2.7ml LB to 0.3ml E.coli broth gave reading of 0.254.
  • Biofilm Growth 72hrs
    • Columns 1-6 : M9
    • Columns 7-12: LB
