Prep for bacteria culture

  • Single loop taken from streaked petri dishes and suspended into 10ml broth in a test tube (incubate at 37 C for 24hrs).

Plating at 10^-2, 10^-4 and 10^-6

  • M9 and LB from 21, 30 and 37 C CBDs: too many
