- Completed miniprep and confirmed that BioBricks taken out of registry were correct.

- Started modelling on LacI repressible promoter
- Designed site directed mutagenesis primers for PAH serine 16 -> Glutamine
- Sacrificed a sheep for good luck

- Helped loading Gel electrophoresis for biobrick checking
