9. Solid-state sensor for GFP and DsRed
PI: Kostov
The project targeted the development of a miniature and low-cost fluorometer that could be used for detection of the fluorescence from larvae that are infected with baculovirus that expresses GFP- or DsRed-tagged protein. The fluorometer is miniature (2”x4”), low cost and employs all-solid-state light sources and detectors.
