Purpose

Recipe
1X CAPS is 10mM, pH 11
To make 5L of 1X CAPS,
- Combine the following:
- 11.066g CAPS
- 4.5L 10% Methanol
- Adjust pH to 7.4 with around 5mL concentrated HCl
- Add 10% Methanol to 5L and
