CAMRI Scanner Pricing Structure Standard Hourly Rate of $500 per hour of use of MRI Scanners, with appropriate scheduling of time on machines, which will be invoiced on a quarterly basis in arrears. Package A - annual rate of $10,000, which includes 21 hours use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling (equates to $475 per hour). Package B - annual rate of $20,000, which includes 44 hours use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling (equates to $450 per hour). Package C - annual rate of $35,000, which includes 82 hours use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling (equates to $425 per hour). Package D - annual rate of $50,000, which includes 125 hours use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling (equates to $400 per hour). Package E - annual rate of $75,000, which includes 200 hours use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling (equates to $375 per hour). Package F - annual rate of $125,000, which includes 350 hours use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling (equates to $357 per hour). Package G – annual rate of $250,000, which includes unlimited use of the MRI Scanners with appropriate advance scheduling, with a maximum of 12 hours per day. For package rates, annual rates are based on the BCM fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) and expire at the end of the fiscal year (June 30). Therefore, contracts signed during the fiscal year will be pro-rated (e.g. a contract signed in December will be half the cost and contain half the number of hours, and will still expire on June 30). Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer unused scanner time to other investigators or carry it over to future fiscal years.
