CAMRI Scanner Pricing Structure Standard Hourly Rate of $500 per hour of use of MRI Scanners. Package A - annual rate of $10,000, which includes 21 hours of scanner time (equates to $475 per hour). Package B - annual rate of $20,000, which includes 44 hours of scanner time (equates to $450 per hour). Package C - annual rate of $35,000, which includes 82 hours of scanner time (equates to $425 per hour). Package D - annual rate of $50,000, which includes 125 hours of scanner time (equates to $400 per hour). Package E - annual rate of $75,000, which includes 200 hours of scanner time (equates to $375 per hour). Package F - annual rate of $125,000, which includes 350 hours of scanner time (equates to $357 per hour). Package G – annual rate of $250,000, which includes unlimited use (with a maximum of 12 hours per day). Scans conducted outside of normal business hours will be charged at half-price (e.g. weekend scan time is $250/hour for the hourly rate). For package rates, annual rates are based on the BCM fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) and expire at the end of the fiscal year (June 30). Contracts signed during the fiscal year will be pro-rated (e.g. a contract signed in December will be half the cost and contain half the number of hours, and will still expire on June 30). Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer unused scanner time to other investigators or carry it over to future fiscal years.
