左図は合成したメソポーラスシリカを観察したものである。シリカの粒径は300から1000nmと不均一であり、メソポーラスの大きさもばらばらであった。目の粗さが1μmのメンブレーメンフィルターを用いて粒径を均等にしようと試みたが、ばらつきがでてしまった。原因を考えるとともに、今よりも細かい目のフィルターで吸引濾過をする。またばらつきによって結果の誤差が生じるかなど比較実験を行う。<br clear="all">

左の図は蛍光分子を修飾したDNAをハイブリダイゼ―ションしていないものに488nmの光を当てた時の励起、蛍光波長を測定したものである。単体の励起、蛍光波長と混合したものの励起、蛍光波長の値がほとんど変わらないことがわかる。<br>
一番上のグラフはFITCを修飾したDNA,二番目がTAMRA を修飾したDNA,三番目はハイブリダイゼ―ションしたものに488nmの光を当てた時の蛍光強度-波長の関係を示した図である。混合した溶液の蛍光波長は520nmではほとんど検出されず、580nmだけ検出できた。このことよりFITCの光が吸収されていることがわかる。しかし 吸収された分のエネルギーが蛍光波長として検出されていないので、再度測定または、別 の検出方法を試すべきであると考える。（濃度を明記する）

左の図はシリカに蛍光分子付きDNAを修飾したものを観察したものである。左はレーザーを当てていないシリカを観察したもの、真ん中は蛍光させたもの、二つを同時に観察したものである。このように橙色に光っていることがわかる。またシリカと蛍光は区別できた。
