We are a team of undergraduates based in Sydney, Australia, representing the [http://www.victorchang.edu.au/ Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute]. Our team is drawn from the University of New South Wales, the University of Sydney and the University of Technology, Sydney, and collectively our team members span Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Medical Sciences, Neuroscience, Microbiology, Nanoscience, Industrial Design, Economics and Anthropology. We are advised by Yagiz Alp Aksoy (PhD candidate, Garvan Institute) and Dr Matt Baker (VCCRI), and supervised by Dr Lawrence Lee (VCCRI). We hope that through this team and the BIOMOD competition we will create excitement about bio- and nano-technology research amongst undergraduates in Sydney and across Australia. | |||
