Problem & Solution
We had difficulty to coupling dumbbell hairpins on the direction orthogonal to the origami.
It is solved to use 3 sheets of DNA origami. And the form is closer to ideal (Form of the QR code) than 1 sheet of DNA origami.

We use 3 types of DNA origami. Normally, we need 600 pieces of DNA staple (200 pieces per one DNA origami). But, despite of DNA staples that is modified dumbbell hairpins, DNA staples are shared among 3 types of DNA origami. So we are quit for 359 pieces of DNA staple.
