Protocol
- Electrophoresis (After gelification)
- Gel condition was good.
- The gel was made in last experiment
- Preparing Samples (Each 10μL & 2μL Loading Buffer)
- Cylinder 10eq.
- Cylinder 15eq.
- Ring 10eq.
- Ring 15eq.
- Cylinder and Staples
- Ring and Staples
- M13
- Pipetted Samples into the gel
- Poured TBE into a container and charged 50V
- Gel condition was good.
