Protocol

  • Electrophoresis (After gelification)
    • Gel condition was good.
      • The gel was made in last experiment
    • Preparing Samples (Each 10μL & 2μL Loading Buffer)
      • Cylinder 10eq.
      • Cylinder 15eq.
      • Ring 10eq.
      • Ring 15eq.
      • Cylinder and Staples
      • Ring and Staples
      • M13
    • Pipetted Samples into the gel
    • Poured TBE into a container and charged 50V
