We designed modified origami which showed three lines on the surface when we put cover DNA, and as you can see the picture above, we suceeded.
Therefore, we could confirm that the modified origami with covers worked well.

==Bistable System==

This graph shows the status of the bistable system over time. In this experiment, we tried to switch the state twice.
As you can see, the first trial succeeded in reversing the concentration of X and V, changing the state. However, the second trial failed. We need to do more experiments to solve this problem.

==Conclusion==
 
In the end, we succeeded one switch of the bistable system and the design and the observation of DNA tablet.
Although there are still some difficulties, we can soon realize the DNA tablet which shows one simple picture and change it once.
Moreover, we can control the bistable system properly by setting the best initial condition, and also we can introduce the trioscillator system, too in near future.
Also, it is not impossible to realize the tablet which shows more pictures and a movie.
Although we have to solve the problem that complex pictures can not be observed by AFM, the tablet remains a lot of possibility of improvements.

Conclusion

In the end, we succeeded one switch of the bistable system and the design and the observation of DNA tablet.
