Immobilizing structures with biotin-oligos for TIRF
Prerequisites
- Create a Flowchamber for TIRF
- PBS Buffer 1x
- NeutrAvidin (diluted to 0.05 mg/ml with PBS)
- BSA (diluted to 0.5 mg/ml with PBS)
- Biotin-Oligos (100 nM)
- Your Sample with the oligo antisense sequence (diluted1:100 - 1:1000 depends on incubation time)
