The BMC is currently testing the Beckman SPRIworks library preparation system. This platform is a fully automated library preparation system for Illumina sequencing and supports all Illumina applications except for smallRNA-Seq. It performs all of the traditional Illumina protocol steps listed on the Illumina Library Preparation page, except for Enrichment, can prepare up to ten libraries for Illumina sequencing in 5 hours.

Sample Submission
All samples submitted for direct SPRI-Works library preparation must be submitted with user supplied adapter mix. Please note that samples will need to be submitted separately for Illumina sequencing.
