The Fragment Analyzer (Advanced analytical) is a fluorescence-based capillary electrophoresis instrument for both sizing and quantifying nucleic acids (DNA and RNA). It can handle unsupervised run of 12 samples at a time and up to 96 samples. A run takes an hour and requires 2 microliter of a sample.<br />
