The P value for the human experiment was 1.4E-16 whereas the rats' P value was .867403. It may have affected humans more beneficially because maybe it is aimed more toward human hormones and functions instead of rats'. A factor that may have affected this experiment was that there were more experimental groups in the humans than there were with the rats, which could have affected the numbers. For example, it is possible the dosages were not proportional to the rats as there were to humans, causing them to react differently to the drug.
