The Human Study data shows how different dosages of LPS will have different effects on inflammatin levels. The P-value that we calculated was 3.77*10^-14 which is lower than the desired value of 0.05. Since it's lower it means that the chance of the data being a random phenomenon is slim to none. Therefor The Human Study data was accurate but not conclusive to what was trying to be examined. The control group of 0mg had a very low standard deviation of 1.52, as well as 5mg, which had a standard deviation of 1.59. As the LPS doses went up the standard deviation become greater and greater. The 10mg dosage had a standard deviation of 30.1 and the 15mg dosage had a standard deviation of 212.9. This shows that the spread of data became to large therefor not allowing us to come to a conclusion of how LPS effects inflammatin levels.

The rat study showed that there is a P value of .87, representing that there is little difference between the 0mg and 10mg tests. The 0mg sample has a standard deviation of 2.225 and the 10mg sample has a standard deviation of 7.4. This means that the 0mg sample is more accurate than the 10mg sample.
The rat study showed that there is a P value of .87, which is above the .5 which is considered an accurate test. This P value of .87 represents/ that there is a great chance that the test is random and most likely inaccurate. The 0mg sample has a standard deviation of 2.225 and the 10mg sample has a standard deviation of 7.4. Since the 10mg sample has a high standard deviation, it should be taken as an inaccurate test and it should probably be ignored in the case of the 10mg sample.  The 0 mg has a lower standard deviation meaning that it is more accurate. These numbers show the spread of the data and because the standard deviation increases, we cannot say weather or not LPS has an effect.

The ANOVA test returned a p-value of 3.77762E-14 far under p=0.05 maximum uncertainty margin for statistical inter-group significance. Therefore, based on the data, it can be concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between the protein levels of each of our experimental groups. Therefore, LPS is capable of increasing the levels of inflammotin in the blood of our human subjects.

Summary and Discussion
