Maintaining SF9 cells
- Cells are maintained in 125 mL disposable sterile Erlenmeyer flasks in SF-900 II SFM (Gibco) + 100x Pen-Strep-Glutamine (Life Technologies) at 28 C shaking at 150 rpm
- Once cell culture density has reached >2*10^6 viable cells/mL, the cells are split to a density of 3-5 viable cells/mL
