Entry title

  • Digested plasmid DNA that was extracted 9/27. DNA from each elution was digested, making 12 total digestions, two for each colony grown in liquid LB on 9/27
  • J61002 plasmid carrying J23100 promoter was digested with EcoR1 and Pst1 in order to extract the promoter and linearize the plasmid backbone
  • pSB1K3 and pSB1A7(+ control) were digested with EcoR1 in order to linearize the plasmid
  • Digested DNA was run on a gel to visualize the digested parts
