Group 26 DNA Extraction

  • Today we got to start on DNA extraction because we had our skin sample arrive in the mail. We went by the protocol on the skin cast DNA extraction procedure that we found. When we got the samples made we had to put them in the incubater for 18 hours. After that then they were put into the fridge until class on Tuesday. Then on the following tuesday we can pick up with the next step of adding proteinase K and TE buffer.
