* Today we got to start on DNA extraction because we had our skin sample arrive in the mail.  We went by the protocol on the skin cast DNA extraction procedure that we found[http://www.springerlink.com/content/kw1716u555371764/fulltext.pdf]. We did not finish the extraction and left the DNA in the fridge until tuesday.

Group 26 DNA Extraction

  • Today we got to start on DNA extraction because we had our skin sample arrive in the mail. We went by the protocol on the skin cast DNA extraction procedure that we found[1]. We did not finish the extraction and stored the DNA in the fridge until Tuesday.
