Entry title

  • Tuesday in lab, we worked primarily on finishing up all lose ends and planned what actions we were going to take for the rest of the week and further
  • We also sorted out our issues with obtaining the bacteria that we are extracting the OmcF gene from
  • On Thursday we made our LB plates that we plan on growing our E.coli on. Since our vector in Kanomycin resistant, we made mostly Kanomycin plates with three strictly LB plates.
