Entry titletuesday of this week we began work on running PCR for the experience. we ran PCR on our biobrick part and ran it overnight. so then on Wednesday Brandon came in to turn of the PCR machine and move our samples into the freezer for later work on it tomorrow. thursday we ran a gel with our PCR samples hoping we will see product. the picture will not be attached because the computer is frozen so we will just be looking at the gels in person to see what came through.
