RFP Plasmid DNA ExtractionToday we extracted plasmid DNA from five innoculated samples of E. coli innoculated Wednesday (11/10/2011). We hope to have grown more RFP-containing bacteria, which would yield more DNA to work with in the recombining of the wintergreen DNA and RFP DNA. | |
